As promised here is an update on where we are with the Community Centre.
We have our sports capital grant of €89,500 secured and ready to draw down when we start.
The Monster Draw raised a whopping €95,000

Our next step is Leader funding and we have been in talks with Leader on how best to proceed in order to secure the maximum amount of money possible.
With Leader strict rules apply and it is a lengthy process and needs very detailed plans and specifications of which the architect and committee are working hard to complete. We hope that the e-tendering process will commence during the summer
While initially, we thought we would break ground in June this won’t be happening as the whole project will have to be governed by Leader rules.
When the Etender goes live we will publicise this on our Facebook page, website and through The Hub.
